PROTECTIVE PADDING TURNED BROWN IN 3 MONTHS AND WONT REPLACE

We had a Trampolines Nationwide trampoline installed by a subcontractor in October last year (2025) and within 3 months the light grey pvc material on the protective padding over the springs started turning brown. On reporting this to Allan ***ner) he advised me that this is not the materials fault but blamed it on water damage which is beyond ridiculous bearing in mind the trampoline is installed outside and is surrounded by **** grass so only subject to rain water and morning dew. To date he has not replaced the padding in terms of the CPA and we have had to refer the matter to the Consumer Protection Ombud for assistance
