From best to worst trampoline installer

Recently the owner wasn't happy with the way I spoke to him when I discussed my frustration with a recent installation and that I also do not agree with the way in which he talks to his own workers, so much disrespect. So, he shouted and swore at me and threatened to disrupt my kid's birthday party. And this is after I have been dealing with the dad for many years and was always happy with their service. Very unfortunate.
