After being with the gym for a number of years, the trainer and owner, Franco Flach, cancelled my gym contract. Upon enquiring for a reason, I received no response. I left a Google review which he flagged as inappropriate and had deleted. Deleting legitimate negative reviews can damage a business credibility and trust among new consumers. Ethical businesses usually focus on addressing the concerns raised in negative reviews and improving their services rather than trying to remove them.
