Real Success Brian Walsh

At the beginning of February 2020, I paid Real Succes which is run by Brian Walsh a deposit of R3997.00 and the same amount again at the end of March 2020. Along came the 'virus' and lockdown. I have had very little response from Brian Walsh or his company about how they plan to proceed. This morning I sent another letter to their support desk and the email was returned. It appears that this email no longer exists. is there anyone else who has the same problem? and what if any advice do you have to help solve this problem?
