WAITING SINCE 2019 FOR CERTIFICATES (GROUP OF 10 STUDENTS)

I did a Learnership with Traning Force through my ex employer BCE in 2018. Started in March 2018,Rupa was in charge of of our Learnership. The course was transport and logistics Nqf level 1. Around September he brought us the training force contracts to sign and immediately there were red flags. The course we were doing was wrong (He put Fisheries), the date started and commence dates were only dated from 1st September 2018 to 1st September 2029 (We started March 2018 and were to end same time 2019),learners personnel info was incorrect, the races of some learners were wrong, the address for both the company and training force were wrong as well. Rupa used vulgar language insisted that we sign the documents. We scratched out all incorrect details and filled in correctly, which made him very angry saying that SETA would not except them with scratches. When asked why the information was incorrect he just laughed. It is 2021 and I no longer work for that employer and I have still not seen my certificate. We were only given the attendance certificate. We are a group of 10 students waiting since 2019. I have email messages of communication between myself, previous HR, Daniel and Lauren. They keep saying that they waiting for SETA. We just want our certificates which we sacrificed a lot to complete.
