Training force and orange has no heart towards disabled candidates

Training force and a client as they say by name of Orange refuaes to pay a disabled candidate his stipend and fails to follow our contract which is typically bridge of contract. im a disabled candidate my dad passed away while on a learnership at training force and orange was the presumed client paying for our courses which we never met why would any learnership who deals with disabled candidates treat us so cruel with no remose whatsoever. heartless people I would like anyone to assist me as they asked me for proof and I send it but just because ocruelty im unable to attend class as I was not paid for being I'll as my dad passed away and went in to depression im disguised on how disabled pthele are treated
