We have attempted to contact you on a number of occasions , and there was no response. I also know that you used to travel with other learners, and you could have easily told them your situation , so that we could get the message.As a learner on a learnership it is your responsibly to attend class and the host employer, and your responsibility to inform both of these parties when you are not attending. This was not done. It is not fair to collect a stipend when you are not attending . The client has agreed that you may return to class , however they will monitor your attendance and thereafter based on your performance they will decide if you are deserving of a stipend again.
