Venue false advertising

The Train Lodge in Old Marine Dr, Fores****, Cape Town is using Booking.com to get potential visitors to Cape Town using false advertising. I booked in December 2018 and although I have mail conformation of refund is it a struggle to get the refund out of the Lodge. The Lodge is nothing like what is advertised on the site and I would not recommend anybody to book the place. I don't understand what criteria Booking.com is using to accept places but somebody need to re-evaluate the criteria.
