Setting new records for incompetence

Wow, where to begin. Trailersol installed an inverter in our home in June 2023 and it's had problem after problem since. Roberto did the installation and it was immediately problematic, when we explained the problem to him, he told us it was fine and walked out. A subsequent visit from an electrician revealed that Roberto had wired something incorrectly and left us with a little fire hazard. A month later the inverter kept switching itself off, once again Roberto told us it was fine. Two weeks after that the inverter tripped our house, turns out he has incorrectly wired some surge protectors and left us with what he electricians called a "ticking time bomb". Finally in the last three days the inverter had once again been problematic, when load shedding hits and the power goes and out the inverter also goes out. We once again called out an electrician, this time an inverter specialist and found out that a firmware upgrade released a year ago was needed on the inverter. This was supposed to be done when it was installed but I guess Roberto forgot to do that huh?

Fast forward to today- the inverter has switched itself off. Power is on but no light, no back up power. No nothing. Naturally Roberto and Trailersol are unfazed and unwilling to help.

Not only was the install subpar ( to say the least) but Roberto's response to all this has been shocking. He doesn't answer calls or return them. He says what he needs to to get you off his back till the next time the poorly installed inverter has a problem.

Save your time and money and get someone with more experience to install your solar power solutions and inverters. The only thing these guys excel in is wasting your time and somehow setting new records for being the most ***********.
