Horsebox Repair

I have never done a review on Hello Peter but the way Hagen, the owner of this business behaved was so bad that I decided I had to. Used them recently to upgrade the jockey wheel on my horse trailer. They recommended and fitted a sub standard product that buckled after just 4 uses. Then refused to honour the warranty and tried to sell me another new hockey wheel. When I refused, he became threatening, abusive, swore at me and then threatened to charge me a daily rate if the trailer was not moved within 24 hours. I considered taking the police with me when I collected the box but instead had a friend collect it. Shocking service and not to be trusted.
