quick to take deposit, slow to deliver and no communication in between

Hi, reading all the positive review on this company, it is not at all my experience. I ordered my trailer in October with a delivery date given before the end of the year. When enquiring on the delivery date via mail, I never get a reply. When I call, I have to wait for minutes for the same person which answers the phone to give me vague news from the manager but never he would speak to me but he was when taking my order. After an unanswered mail and 3 calls, I was told that the trailer will be ready by end of January. With this poor communication, I decided to stop by late January where I was told that my trailer is near ready to be send for galvanizing but I couldn't see it due to COVID regulation and no access to the workshop which by the way is the backyard of a house. I believe that the trailer was not even in production. I was told that I have to organize the transport from Johannesburg to Cape town which I did for early February but now we are the 09th February and no one can't answer me on when the trailer will be ready. I have been asked to call back the next day for 3 days in a row. We all have our challenges but not communicating to your client is inacceptable!
