I ordered my utility trailer on 2 June 2023 after paying a deposit of R35,000. This after the owner, Ryan, assured me that they are not affected by load shedding as he invested in a number of generators. Promise was for the trailer to be completed in 40 working days. It is still not ready and excuses are load shedding despite the owners comments. They also refuse to do a deposit refund and after informing them that I will open a ***** case I was told that management will phone me. I am still waiting and think this is a case of paying deposit with no product delivery.

17 Oct 2023, 15:31Following my comments above my trailer was completed and delivered with personal involvement of the owner Ryan. We went to pick up the trailer and was received proffessionally with personal attention and all paper work in order. Following our interaction I retract the comments above and would remove it if possible.
