Use alternate suppliers - Extremely disappointing experience.

Our company paid for a trailer in November ( Cape Town Branch ) and faced serious delays, poor communication, and unmet commitments. We received the trailer months later. The business tried to sell the trailer to us as “new”, yet on inspection and verification it had apparently been standing for around two years and showed significant rust already. We refused handover until a replacement was given months later. No accountability from business owner.

Based on our experience, I would strongly advise using another supplier or exercising extreme caution. Questionable business ethics and reliability.
