TRAILER WORLD CENTRE CENTURION SUCKS

A zulu guy insisted on serving us in Zulu, though we are Tswana. Then asked us to bring back certain information before he could assist. we headed back home and came back with said information. When we arrived there he wanted the information to be in a specific format. Having wasted an hour of our life, the question was asked - why didnt you mention this before? <br> We both lost our temper and he started screaming and shouting in Setswana (surprise) that he will NEVER HELP US and we can call his manager if we want. I commented that his customer service is the worst I have ever seen and he said he doesnt care. <br> Pathetic, arrogant, unprofessional and 2 hours of our day wasted over this lousy service. <br> Called manager on cellphone number. No response.
