Trailer hire for an Avanza

Worst service ever I received from this company, my understanding of them is that if you driving a Toyota Avanza they will not assist you. I'm not sure whether they assume that if you driving an Avanza and you dark skinned that you are to ***** their trailers. Anyways I will never do business with them again.
