Worst client service!

We used to make use of their services a lot, but today was our last time. Their business hours is from 7am. We arrived at 7:30.The que was already very long when we arrived. It is 08:50am now. We're only hooking our trailer now. There was ONE person in the office to assist all of the customers. We had to que in the cold and the rain outside. Surely this company should know that it's month end and should have planned better with their staff availability! Pathetic client service!
