Return at Centurion branch

I wanted to return a trailer on a Saturday at 16:45. Their website says they close at 5PM. Even though everybody was still there they refuse to receive the trailer and told me to come back the next day. They said I should have brought it back at 16:30, which nobody told me and it is nowhere stated on the website or the invoice. What bothered me the most is the rude manner in which they communicated this. I basically felt like I was being chased away. The next morning when I brought it back, it literally took less than 1 minute. I stopped, they unhooked with the bakkie still idling, and I left. No paperwork, nothing. So what was the big issue then? If they needed to do their paperwork for the return, they can do it the next day, why should we also take the trailer back the next day. Or just make it clear that return time is 16:30. I will pay triple the amount to rent a trailer from another place just to avoid them. After telling people at work about this, I also heard other much worse stories about them. Do not use them. It will ruin your day. You have been warned.
