Dismal 'Service'

<p>I was very disappointed this morning with Trailer Rent in Northriding, after booking a large trailer on Sa****ay for collection this morning - their service started out well but when it came to the nitty gritty, they simply couldn't cut it. I needed a large trailer for transporting a motor vehicle, with the relevant straps for holding a car in place - all pre-booked and confirmed that all was in order. On collecting the trailer this morning, there were no straps, even though these were specifically booked and I was told in an off-hand manner by the staff that I could just purchase these from Builders Warehouse. Naturally, the person who took my booking was no-where in sight. I really object to being messed around by a company who should be reputable and isn't some fly-by-night organisation, but I must have got that wrong! Needless to say, I won't be doing business with them again and cannot recommend them.</p>
