BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our company hired a trailer on the 16th of October when we were in Johannesburg to make a delivery in Musina our invoice and the company website shows that they close at 17H00 on saturday. On the 24th of October we returned their trailer at 15H59 and their receptionist refused to take it saying she is going to watch rugby and they are closed, we inquired on why they didn't inform people through their website and she refused to comment and to take the trailer and they leaving us with the trailer outside and their security who also agreed with us! and we had to go back with it to Limpopo with no use for it! The service was terrible considering other people of different races came after us and were allowed to enter the and leave their trailer we also have photo proof!!!!, The service and treatment was degrading and tedious by forcing us to carry this trailer around for the whole week and still continuing to charge us. This company bullies clients!
