Poor Customer Service at Branch & Group

I requested special assistance due to a late trailer delivery that affected my tight schedule. Instead of helping, the branch manager Matthew strictly app**** the rules and offered no flexibility at all. Branch & Group shows zero willingness to accommodate their clients. I strongly advise others to stay away and rather use Trailer Boys, who always accommodate my needs.
