TRAIL IT PE CON ARTIST

Received a quotation. Paid deposit. Permanently had to follow up with Lionel Brown from Trail It. Asked for progress photos and upon eventually receiving a photo the trailer was wrong and to fix it we had to pay 10k more. Which we did. Only to wait even longer and after 5 months we received a photo and still not complete. His attorney from Smith Tabata was involved and we agreed to pay final amount to their trust account, only to be paid over to him once trailer is received and as per the agreed quotation specs. We should have known that short cuts would be taken and upon delivery we took photos of broken and missing parts and sent to his attorney. They advised that they are waiting on instruction from their client and after 2 days of trying to get hold of the attorney we received an email to say funds had already been paid over to him. This is how he operates. This is his MO. Shocked that attorneys still allow this type of *****ing. Will definately use someone local in future. That is why this country will never move forward. ********s are rewarded for their wrong doings and not held responsible.....
