Three years and counting for horsebox repairs...

In June 2021 the owner of Trail-it collected my horsebox and provided me with a quote for repairs. I paid the deposits required. At the time I said I wasn't in a rush.. In May 2022 I started enquiring about the progress. Since then I have asked numerous times for completion dates to be provided. Dates were provided but never met. My husband has visited his premises on a number of occasions to discuss completions dates and nothing has come of this.

It has been more than three years now and I still don't have my horsebox. It seems that he makes more money building new trailers than what he does out of repair work...
