Watch out for Trail and Tar

I purchased a bike rack from Trail and Tar. Unfortunately it was a complete dud and within a week it ended up damaging my car. The company that makes the racks has been amazing to deal with and are sorting out the repair on the vehicle and they immediately replaced the rack giving it to Trail and Tar. Trail and Tar kept my faulty unit as well as the new unit that the rack company supp**** and have not refunded me in close to 2 months. Trail and Tar, promised me that they would immediately sort out the refund almost, it has still not been paid over a month later. I have called them now countless times, promises have been made and missed, now after countless SMS’s and WhatsApps, they now don’t even bother to respond or take my calls. I paid you guys my hard earned money and expect to get it paid back to me, it takes literally 2 minutes to do a refund.
