Worst service ever

Worst fsp, it’s like throwing money down the drain, I took my car to be checked at a vw dealership as there is noise coming from the gearbox and now they wouldn’t approve for it to be stripped and fixed saying I must take it up with my insurance even though I have a maintenance plan with them and gave in all the required documents, I wouldn’t advice anyone to waste their hard earned money on traficc, even the consultant doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing
