Useless warranty service

This company its a *******, if you buy your car from most ford dealerships they'll offer extended warranty plans covered by Trafficc, please save yourself Money as they won't help you with anything, they always find ways to decline claims and say that is not covered by the policy in place.

My cars footwell module failed and they said it's not a motor it's a component, meanwhile this is the function of the footwell module

"The footwell module receives signals from an assortment of sensors on the vehicle and is responsible for controlling many 'body' aspects on the vehicle such as electric/power windows, AC/heating fans, exterior and interior lights and exterior mirrors."

It's basically part of management system of the car , and just because it's not mentioned in words in the contract her reason for declining it was "it falls under any part not mentioned in covered components"

This is not the 1st claim they declined, all claims I put through under warranty are always declined. save yourself Money and stress by finding an alternative warranty plan that has good reputation and keep up to their promise.
