Useless Warranty

This company is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Its a clear case that you take the extended warranty on your car to protect yourself and as soon as something goes wrong they will find reasons not to pay out. A part on my car broke in the gear box and they found a reason to decline the quote although you are covered for the gearbox. So in other words they will cover a ***** but not the nut. I will recommend that this company Never gets used and Kempster Ford must surly re look on what companies they recommend when selling an extended warranty.

In my opinion don't pay the extra R 75 000 for this service as you are just throwing money away. Disgusting service from this Joke of a company
