Useless Traficc

Traficc is the most useless insurance company ever. My car once had to sleep over at Renualt because they fee hadn’t been paid. I thought I had learned my lesson, so the next time I took my car to service I made sure I had enough money to pay for the service myself should I get the “payment not made” story. I was assured that I would have my money refunded within 48 hours, and guess what it’s been a week and still nothing. Today I call to find out why I don’t have my refund yet and they tell me I sent in the wrong documents to get my refund. So actually no one cared to call me back and let me know that there was missing documents, I had to call them and only now they tell me. I can’t wait until my service plan expires with these idiots. If you see all the complaints on this website, not a single one did the company respond to any of us. Just goes to show they don’t care
