TYRE CLAIM

I am really disgusted that they take your money and when you want to claim then they come with stories. I called and explained to the consultant that I bought my car and the sales person took out tyre warranty. As we know with the funny weather it is raining like every day and my tyres are very bad and unsafe slipping on the wet road. I called the call center and I explained the my problem and the lady said they will be able to assist me I must just complete the form which was emailed to me. I did and then I was told that the tyres must be damaged and then only they will look at my claim. Really, the tyres is damaged as it is not safe to drive with. What do we have insurance for, I am an honest person and will not by lying about this. I am also women alone driving, but in any way. I just think these insurance companies is living on peoples money like mine. I am very unhappy, they are just taking peoples money and when it is time to pay, then they come with.
