TRAFICC SHORTFALL COVER

Please stay away from this insurance!

My vehicle has been written off in February 2021. My insurance company was very quick with the claim capturing as well as payout, however, there was a shortfall amount which was still owed to my finance house.

I then contacted Traficc as well as IUA Business Solutions, as I was dual insured for a shortfall cover (to settle the money outstanding).

Boy am I sitting with so much regret!!!! IUA Business Solutions was so fast with my claim and paid the 50% of the short fall amount with no hassles. When it was Traficc's turn! they had so many reasons as to why they are not paying everything and eventually only paid about 15% of the amount left, after IUA has settled.

Please cancel your policy if you have one with Traficc and opt for IUA Busness Solutions. Also don't have dual short fall cover insurances. If I had only had a policy with IUA, I wouldn't have had to pay anything today.
