Traficc Service and Maintenace plan

I had a horrible experience with Traficc service and maintenance plan, the technician who assessed my car gave all the information within the first 2 days, but it took a month to decline my claim. this comes after not taking my calls whenever I would try to follow up, bullying the Technician to change his assessment of the car, being rude in general. I know I am not alone in this
