Traficc scratch & dent - WORST EVER!!!!!

We've purchased a brand new Mazda CX3 in 2020. We were sold a traficc scratch and dent policy and we were notified that we are entitled to R3500 exterior and R3500 interior per month to claim on damages. That's all we were notified about.

Now 2 years later it is time to claim for minor scratches and dents which was quoted for over R15000. We spoke to the workshop and they were kind enough to break down the repairs to cap at R3500 exterior per month. Basically to repair for R3500 per month until the vehicle is restored to new.

Traficc calls us up and tells us the claim is not valid. We can only claim once for existing damages and that needs to total to R3500. They are DEMANDING images of my vehicle now and after the work is done. They claim the policy is there to keep your vehicle beautiful and original. How the hell can they expect the vehicle to be repaired to new for R3500. I am entitled to R3500 per month and I should be getting what I was sold.

Terrible service. Misleading policies. Pathetic management that can't communicate as a human. Instead only read a script and send emails. I am disgusted by money making schemes like this that ****py companies continue to get away with!
