Traficc: Poor Service - Delayed authorization

I really am not happy with the service I received from Traficc. I bought a car in 2022 and also bought an extended warranty through the dealership. Now when I need to use this service I get sent from pillar to post. I cannot wake up very early in the morning to drop off the car at 7am at the dealer only to find out that at 12:50pm my car is not yet worked on because Traficc hasn't activated my policy. I called Traficc and I asked the guy who was assisting me "Kyle" to transfer my call to the admin Team leader and my call got cut off. I never received a call back from them.
