Traficc not wanting to pay for Life Cover for the vehicle

I have a poor service with a company called TRAFICC ( THE REAL AUTOMOBILE FINANCE and INSURANCE CONSULTING CO ) my mother opened up a life cover for a vehicle she purchased in December 2021 unfortunately my mother passed away in February with a sudden death that my siblings didn't expect we have been communicating with a lady called Heidi that has been giving us the run around for the past couple of months. Heidi asked for all sorts of documents we have been giving her all necessary documents now she is telling us the vehicle cannot be paid up this whole situation has been very stressful and is affecting our mental health having to deal with a loss of a loved one and on top of that having communicate with someone who is situated in Cape Town and we are in Port Elizabeth is very exhausting.
