TRAFICC is a ****, don’t take a shortfall cover with them.

I have received a horrible from The Real Automobile Finance & Insurance Consulting Co. They’re refusing to pay the credit shortfall on my car that was written off. They’re saying the insurance company (IWYZE)paid more than what I was owing the bank yet I have a shortfall of R11200 with ABSA car finance. All this time I thought I was paying for a shortfall yet I never had one to begin with. I’m so angry and disappointed by this.
