TRAFICC deducts premiums and then refuses to pay service plan.

You stand to lose your policy money if you take out a The Real Automobile Finance and Insurance Consulting Co.(TRAFFIC) Policy. They keep you premiums and dont pay out at all if they feel like it. I took out a policy for my daughters ford figo in 2014 (CA/AO/00739/00456). It is valid until 80000km, services need to be done every year or 20000km (as per manufacturer). Last year - 40000km - she forgot to tell them about the TRAFICC policy. This year - 50000- she only remembered the day after service. The agent told her to claim from TRAFICC directly. The call centre and the claims department have used every excuse in the book INCLUDING THAT THEY DONT DO A 50000 service! despite this being a required yearly service. I have even been told they dont cover a vehicle if you dont contact them every year and becuase she paid last year (2017) we have been kicked off the policy. I have offered to show them the agents stamp in the service book, despite monthly deducations still, we are now getting the silent treatment. For the last 10 days no one is communicating.
