THE WORST TERRIBLE SERVICE EVER!!!

THE WORST TERRIBLE SERVICE EVER!!! I contacted the call center for assistance on a service authorization, was assisted by a consultant Named Dale and Kyle - Dale is very very *********** and cant explain anything, does not know know to speak to clients. they refuse to transfer to management. Just a horrible company to deal with !!!!
