Terrible Insurers - WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
I have only given 1 star as there is no option for ZERO stars! Stay away from these guys! They will find any reason to not assist you with a claim. If you have missed ANYTHING in the small print, you will not be covered! 1. I had an issue with my "gear selector"- I was informed that it is not part of the "Gearbox" and is not covered. And I got sent a screenshot from my own policy. 2. I had a broken fuel line, and I was informed that this is not part of the "fuel system" and it is not covered. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!

13 Aug 2020, 09:28I can confirm that the company has contacted me.
I can confirm that, after much back and forth, jumping through hoops with assistance from BMW, my claim for the fuel sensor leak was accepted, and the car has been repaired.
I was contacted this week again by Traficc to either change my rating or delete this post. Traficc informed me that it was originally declined due to "the incorrect part being quoted on by BMW" and that if BMW had done it correctly the first time, there would have been no issues.
Short answer - no, I will not change my rating nor remove this post. And I am shocked you would ask.
I feel this post must stay online so other users can see what I went through. BMW was fantastic through this entire process, and I had all the documentation in question. They kept me informed, and the Manager called me every day. The incorrect part was not quoted on, and the same part was used for the accepted quote. The description was updated.
