I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Mr Vusi Wolfkop and Ms Tracy Groenewald. What an absolute pleasure to deal with someone with integrity who are truly committed to customer service. <br> <br> In todays society, we often tend to moan and complain about service failures. Today, I would like to salute Traficc, Vusi and Tracy for putting your client first. You app**** the TCF principle and I am truly grateful that I had the wonderful opportunity to engage with you. <br> <br> Keep up the good work - you are most definitely making a difference in South Africa and setting the trend in what true Customer Service is all about. <br> <br> Well done
