Short fall payment - TRAFICC (Pty) Ltd

Good day, thanks for the quick response, but the business responsible for the problem mentioned in first review (as mentioned below) is the company Traffic that has handled the shortfall payment and not MFC.

To Whom it may concern. I am Freddy Ringeta Mashimbye , on the 7th October 2019 i trade in a VW Polo cross for a Toyota double cab bakkie legend 45, the VW polo was having a shortfall of R51000 and the legend 45 bakkie was worth R369000. All the above mentioned amount was combined to make one installment which are R420000 plus interest and all this happens at VW Hatfield Pta. I joint the shortfall company by the name of Traffic **********2). On the 30th of the same month my bakkie got ****** at work and i reported the incident to my insurance which is King price and the police. On the 22nd of November king price paid an amount of R309000 and they deducted R8000 for access. After this payment my balance was R150000 . After i claimed from the shortfall company Traffic they told me that i must pay R79000 and they will pay R71000 because they are not going to settle the whole balance. My worry is when i joined them they didn't tell me that they are not going to cover the shortfall for the previous car which was R51000. Please help me because they drowned me in dept because it was borrowed and must be repaid with interests.
