Review for Trafficc (Underwritten by Guardrisk)

am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from Trafficc. I had a drivetrain warning on my car and took it to a BMW dealership for proper diagnostics. Despite following the correct process, my claim was unfairly declined. They refused to cover the cost for diagnostics, strip and quote, and wiring related to the knock sensor.

I have been paying monthly premiums with the expectation that I’d be supported in times like this, but instead, I feel completely ****med. The consultants were unhelpful, often dropped my calls, and kept me on hold for long periods with empty promises of speaking to a senior or getting a call back — none of which happened.

This experience has left me feeling let down and disrespected as a customer. I would not recommend Trafficc to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive insurance partner.
