Poor service from agent at TAFICC vehicle warrenty

I purchased a 2 year car warranty when i bought a second hand car.When i encountered a mechanical problem , my problems started with TRAFICC. If by chance a problem arise with ones vehicle you first have to contact them to get permission to have the vehicle repaired.With me they had lots of excuses and they new more than the vehicle manufactuer.I asked to speak to a supervisor but the agent bluntly told me that would never happen.Read and understand the fine print before buying any warrenty product.
