I have been with Traffic since from September 2017 and have had few claims till now. But recently I just sent through a claim to them then I was told that they only cover for brush scratches. It is very confusing as I took a policy for dent and scratches which covers up to R3500 and my recent claim is less than R3200.

I would like to ask for the answers as this is unacceptable before the current claim I have made the claims where by the car needed to be painted. why would I lodge a claim with my current insurance if the damage is below my access. Traficc is taking me for a ride and I would like this matter to be attended to.

I therefore spoke to a lady as I have 2 cars insured with Traficc as I wanted to cancel the claim and perhaps take a policy with a better company and she advised me that she will send the cancellation email I am still waiting for the email after 3 hours
