Making huge profit.

Misleading and very bad service making huge profit of expensive monthly installments. I took out a vehicle maintenance plan with traffic last year. They gave me plan that only covers a yearly service on my vehicle with a instalment of R885. 00 pm. Which I pay monthly without missing any payments. Now this is where the problem begins. If you take 12months times R885. 00 it comes to a total of R10, 620. I took my Ford Ranger for the first service at the Ford dealership on the above maintenance insurance. All previously servicess was done and up to date. I understand that maintenence plans only covers the service. The amount for the service came to R3517. 97. I was completely taken by surprise, Ford dealer informed me that anything extra was not covered. I need to pay. I called Traffic insurance and asked to cancel my insurance with them, but was told it is a 36 month contract and I can't cancel the maintenance plan, when I asked them how come it is costing me R10620. 00 yearly and they only pay R3517. 97 for a service and it does not make sense at all, But the only answer was sorry it is a 36 month contract. It is daylight ******* I have to pay R31860. 00 for the plan and they make a profit of R21309.00. They're basically *****ing.
