Gap Cover Shorfall

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I purches a car in November 2016 at Ignition Auto in Midrand, when i purches the car theyhad taken out a warrenty for me at TRAFICC that was with the car in the event of a written of or accident. In June 2017 i written of my car and my insurance pay out the amount of retail for the car, i was still owning R27000after the insurance pay out, i phone TRAFICC and subbited my claim for the full amount to be settled, after a few week they emailed me and said that they only paid out R5000 and not the full amount to be setteld, i called TRAFICC and ask why they only pay out R5000 they told me that I have another warrenty with a teli marked, i asked them can they give me a name of the second warrenty that I have and they told me there isint a name, they also told me that there is another R3000 that they wont pay because of a rim and tyre warrenty that i have with MFC (my finance with the car) .I cant recall that i have a second warrnty with another company and they can't give me a name. The only debit orders that went of from the day i purshes the car was the warrenty for TRAFICC, my car installment and my insurance. Now at the moment i still own the bank R22000 that they wont pay out because of this second warrenty with another company and the rim and tyre warrenty, is there something i can do about it? </p>
