frustrated and disappointed

I am writing this review with so much disappointment!!! I have been calling since 9h13am today till 12h49, i keep being transferred to a department that is not answering, I have lost count of how many time i have called today!

it is sooo frustrating !!! I eventually asked the lady at switchboard for the email address of the department that i can write to that can help me, the email address bounces and i am not sure what to do now.
