Excuse after excuse

Registered a claim for a scratch repair. Got a few quotations. Was told by the administrator that my policy does not cover the respray of the affected area . This was a shock to me since my first claim was approved that included a re-spray of a small area. I asked him why they approved the first time. His response: " we decided to approve since it was your first claim". The colour or my car does not allow the traditional "touch-up" method. And the quotations received were well within the limit per claim.

I surely wasted my hard earned money on this policy because it is of no use once you need it. I only received excuse after excuse and at one point it felt as if the administrator claimed to know better than the spray painter/workshop.

Disappointed, really.
