Excellent service by Joyce

My car was written off and there was a shortfall that needed to be paid off. I was assisted by Joyce to claim the shortfall and she was very helpful throughout the whole process. She explained everything in detail. I learned a lot from her in terms of the different covers that I had with Traficc and made me aware of certain things that I was not aware of.
