Dent claim

<p>I brought a Volvo on the 12th October 2016 at Volvo PE and I was told that I have a dent cover for 2years.On the 7th November someone dent my car in the parking lot ,so I put a claim..I phoned Traficc about the claim and I was told by a guy called Vusi that I can't claim ,cause I have to wait for 30 days waiting period..No one told me about that or I never receive any documents and after that they send me documents about the policy..it is unfair cause no one told me about the 30 days waiting period and I didn't get any documents..</p>
