Claims approval delay and threat of denial
I have a maintenance plan of which clutch is inclusive as covered. Upon turning in my car for clutch replacement which was due to wear and tear I am been threatened by the claims administrator that my claims will be rejected as I am calling in too much as to when my claims will be approved. My car is still laying at the dealership causing soo much inconvenience to travel to work and back.
