CLAIMS
I took dent and tyre cover with TRAFICC insurance company ( ***) when, I was buying my car on the 19/03/2019 . today i was doing a claim and i was told that the policy has expired sad part they did not notify me of the changes,
so please advise me what must I do ?

On 20 March 2019 you purchased a Hatfield Tyre Warranty and a Hatfield Dent Repair Plan. The Tyre Warranty plan expired on 19 March 2022. You will not be able to claim on this plan due to the expiry of same.
The Dent Repair plan is however still active - and we await your documentation in order to further process this dent repair claim.
We trust the above clarifies your two Hatfield policies.
